This sale is for an antique vintageright handed43\" Fancy Face wood. Marked MacGregor Dayton, O Master 30 on the crown. Brassie along with a number of patent dates on the soleplate. The Master 30 Model is perhaps the most eye catching fancy face wood. The wooden head is covered with black MacOid (MacGregor celluloid). Contrasting white insert with green dots (signifying a brassie). Faux Mother of Pearl inlay on the crown and a white ivorine backweight. The MacOid head covering is in good condition as are the inlay and backweight. The steel shaft is also coated with black MacOid and it too is in good condition with only a couple of chips to the coating. The grip is the original long leather wrap that is in good condition. It has the green leather strip at the bottom that matches the green face inserts. Wood plug in butt as made. Great collectible/displayable wood.
