- Etat:This Persian Shashka Sword, Model 1909 is very similar to the Russian 1881 Model. It wears a slightly curved blade that measures 31 5/8 inches in length which remains in good condition, however shows to have been heavily cleaned at some time. The brass D-guard and nicely carved wooden grips remain very nice in their condition. Both the blade as well as the hilt wear nice, clear Persian markings. The metal scabbard has survived in very nice serviceable condition and has no dings. Overall measuring 38 5/8 inches in length.
