What do I mean by Not as described? That the items are not the same as in the pictures, that they are of different manufacturer, that they are not the same design or that they are knock offs/copies/not real. Seller pays for return shipping.
Items received as Damaged or Broken should be reported as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hrs of opening the package. What do I mean by Damaged or Broken? That the items come unusable because it is completely cracked or in pieces that one has to glue it back together. Seller pays for return shipping, except that in this case, Seller will provide the buyer with an offer of a partial refund. For instance, the buy it now price is $395 for the lot of items. If one tumbler is broken, it does not make the Pitcher unusable. Therefore, the average replacement for a tumbler can be found for $25 on . Therefore, the partial refund for one Tumbler is $25 if arrives broken. If the Pitcher arrives broken but all Tumblers are fine, the partial refund would be $245 given the current buy it now price of $395. If the buy it now price changes or seller accepts a lower offer price, the pitcher value cost will change but the tumbler replacement remains at $25.00 each.
