This is a fantastic set of German scissors.The handles are 2KT gold finished.The original hang tags are still on the handlesand these have clearly never been used.They come in the original vinyl snap close case.The outside has a smoother finish,and the inside has more of a textured pebble finish.There is a disignated loop to storeeach of the pairof scissors.These look to be a sewing and/orgeneral purpose set of scissors.There is a larger pair that measure about 7\" long,a 5\" pair,and a curved tip 3 1/2\" pair.They do need to be polished up,and the case does have some signs wear,but overall a spectacular find!I acquire my items at estate sales,and unless otherwise statedshould be expected in good vintage condition. These items are not new, have been used,and probably in storage for an extended period of time. I do not know the histories of each item,I do not know if they were exposed to smoke or pets.
