SHIPPING INFO / POLICIES: All orders are mailed within 5 business days; excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. I usually mail orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (meaning most orders are actually mailed within 2-3 business days). Occasionally, I take a day off or have business/family matters to attend to and may miss a mailing day, hence the promise of mailing within 5 business days – you have a life and so do I!

All orders, weighing up to 13oz, are mailed at the First Class Parcel rate in a bubble envelope or a kraft envelope cushioned with bubble wrap. All orders weighing over 13oz are mailed via a Priority Mail Flat Rate Env or Box. All orders are packaged in NEW packaging materials.

All orders are mailed using PayPal’s online Label Service, which

includes delivery confirmation – PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ‘SHIP TO’ ADDRESS LISTED IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT!! You’ll receive an email when your shipping label has been printed, so please watch for it as it will have a link that will allow you to track your order!

OUR response POLICY: As a seller we leave response once it’s been rec’d – that way we know that 1) You rec’d your order, and 2) You were happy with your purchase. PLEASE let us know BEFORE leaving response if there was a problem! And it’s OK to let us know if you left response and we did not reciprocate within a few days – as with you, life happens!
