Diquat 2L herbicide provides desiccation of green plant material on contact, enabling faster, cleaner, more efficient harvest. Diquat 2L may also be applied as a general herbicide to control broadleaf weeds and grasses in nonbearing crops and non-crop areas. The product can be used for site preparation in a number of tree, vine, small fruit and vegetable crops before planting for vegetation control up until one year prior to harvest. The easy-to-use liquid formulation can be applied with ground or aerial equipment and works within hours of application. The product is water soluble, yet rainfast after 30 minutes of application, giving growers added flexibility in case of adverse weather conditions.
