I am selling the last of my husband\'s huge NZ Maori collection. He never bought anything that was brand new. He has left each item with a description &listing price. I will describe each item from what he has written. I will not end sales early. I will combine postage. This sale is for a NZ Maori rareplate from probably the 1920\'s.It was done by Grimwades in England as part of their Maori Wareproductions. The platemeasures about 15.5cm across. There is a smallchip on the bottom possibly from use of a metal hanger. There are a couple of areas to top of plate where orange lustre is not consistent. Thereis a 24 on the bottom which may indicate 1924 making? There is a mother & child near a whare.
