This large tile is framed, with the back glued to the brown paper, so I cannot see if it is signed. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I posted this to the Facebook pottery collector group, and they said it could be English. The frame appears to date to around 1900. The tile is glazed in shades of brown and yellow, and probably measures about 12\" by 6\". There is glaze crazing evident, but no chips or cracks.
