This wonderful linen print features a monk motioning a young cavalier to the work of slaughter and the lovely nune attempting to hold him back.
This print was part of a large vintagebook of prints and has been stored flat away from light and other enviormental factors. It is in excellent condition.This print appears to have been created sometime around 1914. It is attached to a heavy parchment which is brittle and crumbling at edges.
Dimensions are 7\" wide by 10\" with total width of 14 1/2\" x 10 1/4\".
The print includes a seperatebiography page about the artist. The following is a small excerpt......
