I just love this urn. It is a Wonderful Vintage French Cast Iron Urn Planter. It is made out of heavy iron with its original few layers of paint. The top layer is white showing some of the red paint from underneath, What a great look!. It is now weathered to perfection with some chippy, crackly paint with a little rust and old time patina. It is in overall great vintage condition with the exception of a broken piece from the edge that measures about 4\" at its highest points (see close ups). What a great decor piece for your garden as a planter or even indoors for a nice display piece.
It measures about 16-1/4\" tall, 12\" in diameter on the top measured on the outside at its highest points. The base is about 5-1/4\" square at the bottom. The inside opening is about 10\" deep X 5.5\" in diameter at the center. Full of vintage charm and a great planter for your garden, or patio. Please have your questions answered before offerding.
