sale is for one set Garden Boots
Stockings are placed over boot last and prepared for first coats of white base. After base color is dried, rose decals are decoupaged onto the boots. Trim color is added. Boots are allowed to dry and then dipped into clear coating several times allowing to dry between coats. Once dry the boots are removed from the last and trimmed.
