Up for sale is a VERY rare and large original 1915 Atlas/Map ofQueens, New York. Map includes Forest Hills and Kew Gardens and a subdivision of Corona, Queens. It measures 27 x 38 on linen. It is in EXcondition.

Map covers from Gown St. (which is now 71st) and Queens Boulevard to Union Turnpike and Queens Boulevard and from Flushing Creek to Queens Boulevard. DeKoven is now 72nd Road; Atom is now 75th Avenue, Colonial Avenue is 110th Street and Seminole Avenue is now 112th Street. The subdivision in the lower right corner covers from Harper Avenue to the Flushing River in Corona and from Barrian Avenue to Prime Street. The map has been updated to July 1919.Note the street names were changed to numbered streets in the early 1920s. This map has the old street names.

The roman numerals indicate how many stories each building is and each color represents the type of structure. Yellow is wood, greyis concrete, brown is stucco, pink is brick. The X\'s through the buildings indicate a garage. The grey streets indicate granite, pink is asphalt, cobblestone while green indicates macadamized pavement and white means it is unpaved.NOTE:Last picture does not appear on map. It is just the explanation of the symbols.
