Original Antique Floor Lamp Base

This is a sale.

Up for offerding is an original antique floor lamp base. The footed base, measuring 10 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall, is made from cast iron. It is almost 6 pounds and features a beautiful Art Nouveau or Art Deco pattern. The center hole, which originally housed a wooden lamp pole, is 1 7/8 inches in diameter. The bottom of the lamp base is marked \"E 38\". There is some very light surface rust to the piece and the original gold paint has faded a bit. There are no breaks or significant damage. Please refer to the pictures below for additional details of the lamp base\'s overall condition. A terrific piece that is sure to compliment any lamp restoration project.
