I am an official Topps artist and have done many sketch Cards for Garbage Pail Kids and Wacky Packages and Star Wars 40th anniversary. . . This is something no one else will have! I sculpted the car on an existing Hot Wheels car and hand drew the card art. Inspired by the Wacky classic! Not a toy, for display only.
