ORIGINAL US ARMY M1943 FOUR POCKET COMBAT JACKET - SIZE 38R:

This is an original US Army M1943 combat jacket. The Quartermaster tag is washed out so I cannot accurately date this coat but the size tag sizes this to 38R.

This is in Fair to Poor condition, but the cuffs are frayed and the collar has damage. The collar would have to be repaired to use and can be patched. Someone cut a large square out of the back of the coat (see photo) that goes completely though, but that could be patched. The draw string is missing. Missing six buttons and we are including six replacement buttons which will be in the upper right pocket in a baggie.

I try to pack things as best I can, and if I feel I was amiss on that I will gladly work with somebody. Sometimes I forget people value boxes and packaging and I can feel their pain so if I feel I didn\'t package something good enough I am more than happy to work with someone. Most of the time I am very careful although I do try to use whatever boxes I can find instead of buying them to keep from charging a handling fee.
