Original WWI U.S. GI issue M-1917 Enfield Rifle bayonet and scabbard. Bayonet was manufactured by Remington and is so marked on the ricasso also dated 1917. Blade measures it full 17 inches in length, is not nicked, and has no sharpening other than factory. Leather scabbard with metal fittings is original to the bayonet, remains in very sturdy condition, and is lightly marked and dated 1918 on the hanger.
