This is an English silver menu or place card holder which has clear hallmarks for London 1986.

Although quite modern the holder has been fashioned in a distinct Art Nouveau style as you can see. There is a gap behind this tableau in which the menu or card can be securely placed.

The stand when upright measures about 2.25\" tall and it weighs 0.80 imperial ounces which equates to 0.72 troy ounces or 22.7 grams.

It has the usual light, faint scuffs and scratches that all silver objects tent to attract over the years. There are no holes or splits anywhere as far as I can tell.

Returns
