One of the most beautiful quilts we have ever found, filled with thousands of tiny (3/4\"!) triangles that form a four point star pattern.
Filled with beautiful prints of the era, with a blue border.
This quilt has a snowy white background.
There is some embroidery in one corner on the back that reads, Grandma Backus Marvin 1945.
It is expertly hand quilted at 7 stitches per inch.
It is hand bound.
It measures 86\" x 72\"
Excellent condition, freshly hand laundered.
Crisp, vibrant.
There are two pinholes at the edge, and a few tiny age spots, too light to photograph.
This amazing quilt is best appreciated \"in hand\", the new owner will be delighted.
