Express postage can be added to your order, please select the option at checkout. You must select and pay for Express shipping on all items you want sent Express postage.
Registered and Express post is available for most items for other countries (outside Australia). We recommend you use this service if you are buying any items costing more than $75.
If you need to change your address once an order has been placed please notify us quickly- we aim to process all orders within a day of receipt!

Returns:
We will gladly accept returns, even for change of mind (** Australia only).
If you receive the wrong item, something is missing or damaged, or have changed your mind please contact us directlyto arrange the return. We will pay for your return costs (even for change of mind - Australia only) as long as you return the items using the packaging we sent your order to you in.
