Please see all photos provided for condition andcontent.Some of the entries are illegible to me, but maybe others can decipher them. This the original book they used at theirsecret lodge meetings,which were held in Kankakee Illinois every Monday evening in the HallBuildingabove Wesley Bonfields\' Drugstore.The Hall Building wasbuilt in 1854 on Court Street, in the main commercial area of the City ofKankakee, and was the first brick structure in Kankakee. This book is avaluable piece of history, as NONE OTHERS EXIST! Meeting minutes keptarefrom Feb 12, 1857 to May 26, 1862 andit has400 pages. Many historicnames and founders of the area existwithin this book. See thethird photo provided, the name \"Satan\" and \"Kain\" are mentioned, but the rest is illegible to myself. No smells or mold,keptour smoke/pet free home since 1948.
