Signed Rev. G.W. Hobbs. Painting has somedamage in form of chips. Measures about 25 ¼” x 12 ½”. I am unsure if this is the same G.W. Hobbs Ifind as an African American portrait painter in the 1700s or not. I am also notsure if it is original. It appears to be on board not canvas.

Under extenuatedcircumstances we may wait up to 10 days before filing an unpaid item claim, ifyou contact us about a problem, or that a payment has been sent. 1. The item is described as “working” and arrives dead on arrival. This does apply to a used item that is a bit finicky, has scratches, or powers on but doesn’t do everything expected. If an item is sold for parts/not working – this does not apply.

2. We sent the wrong item.

3. The item is damaged to an extent where it obviously does not match the description or pictures (many times this means it was damaged during transit)

If you are returning an item because it did not meet expectations, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee unless it meets the above conditions.

All items must be returned inthe original condition to receive a refund. This means that if youpurchase a new or sealed item, it cannot be returned unsealed or used.

Under no circumstances do we refund international shipping costs.

We sell on consignment and pay all of our consignees after their items sell. This means accepting a return comes out of our pockets – when we only made a small percentage on the item in the first place. Please read all descriptions, examine all photos, and make sure the item is right for you before offerding. All clothes are meant to fit someone, but not everyone. It\'s up to you, not me, to figure if you\'re one of those someones. If they don\'t fit, you can send them back, but you are responsible for return shipping and the restocking fee .

WE NO LONGER SEND REQUESTS TO MUTUALLY CANCEL A TRANSACTION. We have had too many incidents were people offer on an item and want to back out. They ask us to send a request to cancel the transaction and then the refuse the request or never bother to approve it. This means we have to wait 7 days to relist the item which our consignees want to see sold, pay fees on an item we never got paid for, and/or, in some cases, even receive a defect on our order and suffer damage to our standing. Often, these buyers leave a \"3 star\" rating on \"item as described\" which counts as a defect on our order. Due to the abuse we have suffered from buyers when trying to cancel a transaction, we can no longer make exceptions. Please only purchase items you intend to pay for.Thank you for understanding our position.
