Is it New or Used?
forces us to choose whether our items are listed as \"New\" or \"Used\". Most of our items are Scratch & Dent items that don\'t fit neatly into either category. They are new in the sense that they are unplayed, generally factory sealed, and NOT pre-owned. (If the item IS pre-owned we will state that in the condition description.) However if we check \"New\" then we can\'t describe the items\' conditions and tell you how they are dented or dinged, so we have to check \"Used\".

Grading Scale
When needed for more detailed descriptions, we use the standard comic book grading scale to describe the conditions of our items, as follows:
-Near Mint (looks like new)
-Very Fine (some wear and tear, minor dings and dents)
-Fine (noticeable dings, dents, tears, but nothing major)
-Very Good (larger dings, dents, tears, scuffs, structure still intact)
-Good (major dings, dents, tears, scratches, useable but needs some extra care)

All boxes have dents, dings and/or tears?
Most of the items we sell are brand new, sealed items that were dented in warehouses or in transit. If the listing is for a single item we will describe the individual dents and dings. If it is a multiple item listing, we will put \"New and Sealed. Contents are guaranteed. All boxes have dents, dings and/or tears.\" What this means is that the item is brand new and unopened. The guarantee means we will refund or replace it if the CONTENTS of the box are damaged. The last part means the box will have cosmetic issues: dents, tears, dings, bulges, wrinkles etc. Nothing will be horribly damaged, we don\'t put badly damaged items into multiple listings. If you have any doubts about the quality of our items please check our response.

If you are picky about box condition, you may want to look elsewhere. If the idea of a perfectly playable game for half price or less in most cases appeals to you, then welcome aboard!

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
The post office picks up Monday through Friday. Orders processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Once you pay, we are required to ship to the address provided through and PayPal at the time of purchase. Please ensure you have the correct address before sending payment.

COMBINED SHIPPING
If you use the shopping cart you will get an automatic shipping discount for multiple purchases. It works well for most of our average-sized and larger items, such as board games and other boxed games. It does not do a very good job with small, light items such as miniatures, where the packaging weighs as much as or morethan the actual item. In these cases, add all the items to your cart and choose \"Request Total From Seller\" and we can give you a manually adjusted shipping invoice.

Once you pay, we cannot combine more items with the ones for which you have already paid.

IN-STORE PICK UP
If you would like to do an in-store pickup, you have a few options below. When you place a local pick-up order, PLEASE SEND US A SEPARATE MESSAGE regarding your in-store pick-up and arrange to collect your items within three days of purchase.

NOTE: Local pick-up orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, 11am-5pm EST. If you place a local pick-up order after 5pm on a weekday,or any timeon Saturday or Sunday, it may not be ready until the following business day. Please allow up to 1 business day for local pick-up orders.

Single Items:

All returns must be authorized in advance. If there is a problem, talk to us. PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE BEFORE OPENING A CASE! Most of the things we sell are box damaged items. We are experienced at this but we don\'t have x-ray vision. We sell thousands of these items each year and 99.9% of them are just fine inside. Rarely there will be internal damage but, OUR ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED. This means we will take them back for refund or replacement if there is an issue. Please keep in mind, if something is missing or damaged from your board game 99.9% of the time, the manufacturer will replace damaged or missing pieces for free.
