Here\'s an old antique Chinese Qing Dynasty painted marble stone table screen insert. It has paintings of Chinese figures wearing traditional Chinese robes on one side, and hand written Chinese calligraphy on the other side. The work is done on white marble stone, and framed in solid rosewood. There\'s an artist\'s red seal mark on the bottom left corner. It was most likely part of a table screen, but the bottom stand is missing. It was made around the year 1900. Item was recently acquired at an old estate in the Los Angeles area. It has an old, smooth surface patina that only comes with age. It is guaranteed old and not a modern reproduction or I will refund all of your money. Please buy with confidence.Measures 7.5\" long by 4.75\" wide by 0.5\" thick. Painting and calligraphy have missing paint that rubbed off over the years.
