NICE RELIGIOUS FRAME \" NOTRE DAME DE MONTAIGU \" (icon14)

This is a real nice vintage Belgian folk art picture frame from approx 1950-60 and probably even a bit older. It\'s a nice plaque made of glass. In the center is a nice old picture with soft tone colouring protected with a glass panel. The picture is depicting Notre Dame de Montaigu or Our Lady of Scherpenheuvel. A very popular pilgrimage site in Flandres , Belgium.Beneath Our Lady are the praying archdukes Albrecht of Austria and Isabella who let builded the church. The edge of the frame is made of metal .

It stills finds in good condition but traces due to age and use ! It\'s a nice collectible piece and looks nicer in real!!!
