Up for offers is a piece that I picked up at a flea market some time ago. I am unsure of it\'s original use, but it is definitely a valve of some sort. The arm has a pad at the end that is made of a hard material, and looks like a foot pad. It is spring-loaded, and could probably be repurposed for use on something. At any rate, it is an old item, and showing some age wear. A previous owner has done some cleaning, and there are a few wrench marks on the brass nuts. This unit can be easily dis-assembled.
