Superb condition, this is the third & last one of these I obtained from the same estate. When the factory stamped the PAN AM logo on the handle, it was a very bad strike and only the two half moon orbits of the logo transferred from the die to the handle. Coming from the same PAN AM estate and having just examined the two other examples I saleed with good strikes, I am certain that this is an authentic PAN AM piece & guarantee it as such. Against the tarnished silver patina\'s handle finish, it was almost impossible for my inexpensive digital camera to pick up, so you will have difficulty discerning it from my pics. The partial logo is there. Great addition to your vintage Americana or vintage Airlines transportation collection.
