one yellow panel was changed..close, but not 100% on target. YOU WOULD TAKE A MINUTE AND READ BELOW **ONCE** IT WILL GIVE YOU ANSWERS TO YOUR !5% OF THE WINDOW HAVE HAD GLASS REPLACED. ANOTHER 25% HAVE HAD EXTERIOR LEADING REPAIRS. THE TRADESMEN RIP THEM OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE AND SELL FOR BEER MONEY...THEY ARE NOT CAREFUL..A few common terms:Sash= window that is similar in size both directions
Transom= window twice or more wide as high
Side Window= window twice or more high as wide
Victorian=made during reign of Queen Victoria mid to late 1800\'s
Edwardian= Made during time Edward was regent and King 1890\'s-1910
Deco= 1920\'s--30\'s
Manchester window= Mass produced window from between the wars.

UPS has a lot of add on fees that cannot be accounted for until the ticket is printed. I attempt to ship within two days.
