DescriptionRare old vintage JOSEPH LUCAS LTD KING OF BELLS, bicycle bell of 20\'s, made in Birmingham England. The bell is in good working order with an excellent sound, it is chrome polished, its lower half portion is made of brass and upper half is made of some other metal which usually comes in bells, clamp is made of iron, for proper sound the bell needs to be hold from the clamp while pressing the button, LUCAS logo with its patent make label can be seen on some portions of the bell which includes front center portion, button and clamp area. In early days LUCAS Bicycles and its accessories like bells, horns and lights were very popular as they provided good quality and service. It is truly indeed a good as well as a rare collectible piece, would be a superb addition to any old Bicycle accessories collection and surely a must for those who have old bicycles...
