This is a First Edition piece with the Premier Plaque. Signed by the Artist, Robert Olszewski. From the Disneyland, Main Street USA Collection, this is the Carnation Cafe ~ Bakery ~ Ice Cream Parlor ~ Penny Arcade Building. This piece has been discontinued by Disney and is hard to find!
This piece has some very slight cracks in the paint on the roof. I have included close-up pictures for review.
