For sale is my Omega Speedmaster 3570.40 (Japan Racing Edition).
This watch is nearly impossible to find at the moment and rarely comes up for sale. The model has been featured several times in Hodinkee and other prominent watch publications as one of the coolest modern day Speedmasters to own. Prices have been continuously increasing and I know that there are a lot of people currently looking for one.
Limited edition of 2004 pieces for the Japan market. Serial is 77131XXX.
Included in the sale is the Omega wood box only - no other Omega accessories. The Omega boutique in NYC inspected the watch and ran the serial number in their database for me, confirming that this watch is an authentic Japan edition (no dial swap, etc).
I will include the like-new grey suede JPM strap shown.
The condition of the watch is overall excellent for a 13 year old watch. Service history is unknown, but the watch is running and keeping good time.1998/849 bracelet is in excellent condition and fits a 7.5+ inch wrist.
I\'m in no rush to sell and I know there is incredible demand for the watch - it would be very difficult to replace in my personal collection. I apologize if you don\'t like my price.
