    Comet Hobbies accepts returns on purchased items within 14 days of receipt with the following criteria:

    ALL RETURNS
    1. All returns must be first authorized by Comet Hobbies. Please do not send anything prior to us approving a return. Once approved, we will issue the buyer with a RMA number. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of return approval. When shipping items, we recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method. Comet Hobbies is not responsible for any damaged or loss during shipment. We do require that items arrive safe and undamaged. If the return item(s) are damaged, we may not be able to offer a refund.
    2. Original shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. The buyer is responsible for any return shipment costs. NO EXCEPTION.
    3. Box condition is sold as is. We do not offer refunds, discounts, or exchanges for dents or creases caused during shipment.
    4. Items must be returned in original condition (original condition meaning: factory sealed, unopened, undamaged, unused, unaltered, unassembled, and brand new.)

      5. We do not offer any exchanges on any item purchased unless otherwise stated.

    INCORRECT ITEM(s) SHIPPED
    1. Comet Hobbies will happily pay for return shipping on any incorrect item(s) shipped to the buyer.
    2. Any incorrect item(s) shipped back must be in original condition (original condition meaning: factory sealed, unopened, undamaged, unused, unaltered, unassembled, and brand new.) to qualify for a return. If the buyer has opened the item(s), the buyer has agreed to keep said item(s).
    3. A full inspection will be made once we receive the item(s). If the returned item(s) return with signs of an attempt to reseal the packaging or a broken seal, the return will be voided. Buyers agree and are responsible to pay for returning shipping if we discover the item is not in original condition, a refund will not be issued.
    DEFECTIVE ITEMS(s)
    1. If the buyer finds the item(s) to be defective, the buyer must first contact the manufacture. Pending the outcome of the buyer contacting the manufacture, we may be able to assist the buyer if they need help.
    2. Comet Hobbies may offer an exchange for the defective item(s) unless we do not have the item in stock. We may issue a refund if we do not have a replacement.
    3. Loose joints, paint variation, paint chips, difference in paint tone, play ware, and damaged caused when handling do NOT qualify as a defect.

    ALL OTHER RETURNS
    1. If your return does not fall under the previous criteria and you still would like to return the item, the buyer will be charged with a 20% restocking fee from the total value of the item.
    2. Buyer\'s remorse returns will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
