The National Boy Scout Jamboree for the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia from July 19 - July 28 2017.
This Order of the Arrow Flap is from the Orca Lodge 194, Redwood Empire Council, California. This flap continues with the wildly popular Peanuts theme: Snoopy and Woodstock. This patch is even more rare as the house of the Lodge Adviser was caught in the California Wildfires, and more than 1/3 of the Jamboree Flap supply was destroyed during these fires.
The lodge totem is the Killer Whale (ORCA), prominently seen on the right side of the flap.
