I have had this in my shed for the past 20 years, given to me by my grandfather. I think it dates to the 1920\'s / 1930\'s and due to the size would not have been carried around in a car but more likely used in a garage or service station, or just kept in the garage at home.
It is in solid vintage condition including the wooden handle. It appears to work as it should although I have not tried to jack up a car with it. I think the small removable saddle on the top is missing.This is heavy.It measures approx 153cm (5\') long
