Original 1927 illustrated “Plan de Paris” map by hungarianborn artist Ilonka Karasz. Published by Washington Square Bookshop, New York.Measures 36 1/4 by 27 1/2 inches.Printed on heavy paper.
This is large, very colorful map depicting the city. Goldink is metallic.
Map has been folded, so it has creases and wrinkling alongthe folds. There are some internal tears at the intersections of the folds, andsome short edge tears at the margins. Colors are extremely vibrant.
A rare and extremely attractive map.
