It is in working order and it looks as if it has been rewired in the past so it must be checked or rewired by a qualified electrician before use and will be supplied without a plug as a decorative item only. It has a strong industrial look and the paint finish is a lovely metallic green, there is rust and lots of scuffs but it adds to the charm of this stylish peice.
