This heavy gauge, hand-beaten pewter bowl has a conical body with an inverted rim, and three ornate, applied feet, again, with a hand hammered finish.Made by Solkets for Liberty & Co. as part of their Tudric range, and marked ,\'English Pewter 01128, Made in England\', along with the Solkets logo.One foot is marked with the original price of £5 and 5 shillings (5/5/-), in black ink.Offered in good, lightly hand polished condition, with a \'silver\' finish. No breaks, splits or repairs.An unusual and beautifully designed example of original Arts & Crafts / Art Nouveau pewter, which would display well with any collection of Tudric, Cymric, Archibald Knox, Rex Silver or Oliver Baker designs retailed by Liberty & Co at the turn of the last century, circa 1900.Will be carefully and lovingly packed!
