ORIGINAL 1854 CRIMEACRIMEAN WAR MEDAL with SEBASTOPHOL BAR B Wyon FULL SIZE NAMED ROBERT WOODWARD

You are offerding on aperiod original 1854 Crimea War Medal for the campaign against Russians on theCrimea Peninsula. The medal is namedRobert Woodward. There appears also toread No (then illegible) 46 ROBERT WOODWARD 17 then again a bit illegible. I will take a photo of the lettering in itsentirety for your viewing. This alsocomes with a ribbon and although a bit frayed I am not sure the regiment. The medal is affixed to an ornate swivel barand has suspended from this a Sebastopol acorn bar. The designer’s signature is on both sides ofthe medal once above the date in Queen Victoria’s collar and again at 4 o’clockon the obverse reading B Wyon SC (Benjamin Wyon b. 1802 d. 1858) The medal is 13/8” inches in diameter and I could not weigh the actual medal as again it isaffixed to the swivel bar.
