You are offerding on an original land grant purchased by John Brown in Indiana on July 10, 1832. This land grant was signed by the then president, Andrew Jackson. The land grant has the official seal on the bottom left. It was co-signed by Elijah Hayward. This grant was passed down on my fathers side of the family , and held by his sister until she passed away.
The grant is in good condition but has fading and some folds due to aging.
My record on is a perfect 327. I would only encourage serious buyers .
