This is a production anime cel featuring a perfect portrait of Bulma Briefs from either the original Dragonball or Dragonball Z (I\'m not certain which). It comes with a matching sketch/douga. It is a standard size cel, numbered C6. As is the case with nearly all cels of this generation from these series, some lines are beginning to fade. Please see scan for details and condition.

Because of their delicacy and value, I ship cels via USPS priority mail with tracking and the included insurance. If the buyer wishes to have additional insurance, s/he will be responsible to cover the additional cost. Cels are shipped flat in a double layer of cardboard on each side. (International shipping is done via global shipping option.)
