This is an original print by James Lee who was a printer in Chicago in the very early 1900, and measures 20x16. This was printed in an edition of 10,000 as seen in the lower right corner. Tried to show it, but hard to do. On the lower left side is: c (in a circle) 1918 James Lee Chicago. The frame is original (I think) with a little damage upper left, no glass. This is a very rare print, hard to find. The central figure in this print is Uncle Sam blowing his bugle. On the left is a British officer, not sure of person on right side. Standing guards on each side represents our army and navy. Top figures are, George Washington, Pres. Woodrow Wilson, who was president during WWI, and Lincoln, without his beard.
