Used rare snes store kiosk. It does not come with tv or bottom part. It\'s just the counter top. I was able to test the console and controllers by using a regular tv chord to my tv. I did not use the components or chords that run inside the kiosk. I did not see the chord that goes to the tv that\'s why I could not test and the light does not come on even thr kiosk does get power. I do not know what works on this kiosk. THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE AROUND 250 TO 300 BUT I WILL REFUND ANY THAT IS NOT USED FOR SHIPPING. THIS IS BEING SOLD AS IS. THE KIOSK DOES NEED CLEANING AND COMPONENTS IN IT MAYBE NEED TO BE REPLACED. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE IS WHAT YOU GET. THANK YOU
