THIS IS A POSTER I PURCHASED IN A COLLECTION FROM A NORTHERN CALIF THEATER CHAIN, THE REGIONAL MANAGER SAID THAT HE WOULD RECEIVE THE POSTERS, AND WHEN HE DISPLAYED THEM HE WOULD BACK THE HOLES WITH TAPE AND THEN PUT THEM IN A BOX WHERE THEY SAT UNTIL I BOUGHT THEM,
1st movie theater issue, ORIGINAL 27X41 MOVIE THEATER 1 SHEET POSTER,FOLDED FOR SHIPPING AS 1 SHEET POSTERS WERE AT THE TIME OF THIS MOVIE
Theaters were given several items for display. 8x10 and 11x14 lobby cards, b/w photos, 14x36 \"inserts\", 22x28 \"1/2 sheet\", \"1 sheet\" posters originally 27x41 and currently 27x40, 30x40, 40x60, 41x81 etc. The decision as to what was purchased was made by, the manager, owner,regional manager of a chain of theaters etc. Free items from the studio had no cut and dry rule either.
