Up for consideration are these original matching pair of post Civil war, (Indian Wars) period Ordinance (Artillery) Sergeants Chevrons. These hard to find chevrons are machine sewn, between stripes are black silk braids separating stripes. The stripes are a dark crimson red sewn on dark blue wool felt, the flaming bomb is stitched from red silk thread. Measuring approx. 9 1/2\" wide and 7 1/2\" high. Moths had a field day as can be in pictures, but for the period and age they survived pretty well, colors are vibrant. These guys could have come in handy at the Little Big Horn, maybe changed history! Please feel free to message for any questions. Thank you!
