Up for sale is a very niceold original unused 1920\'s era can label for Uncle Remus Brand Syrup, 2 pound 4 oz. size, Packed by Robinson Syrup Co. Inc. in Cairo, Georgia . The size is 13 1/8" x 4 1/4", the colors are bright, and it is agreat lookingcolorful label that would look good framed & on the wall in your kitchen, or put it on a can for display. As you can see by the scans, the words" Corn and Pure Georgia Cane Syrup " have been blacked out. It has a great illustration of Uncle Remus holding a can of his syrup saying: "Dis Sho\' Am Good", which of course today would be completely politically incorrect, but is also a good example of what used to be done in advertising. Since I live out in the country,I ship 2-3 times a week,the nearest post ofice being a 20-30 minute drive.Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is made for item to be shipped.
