Original WW1 1906 Dated US M1905 Springfield Arsenal Bayonet with WWI Scabbard:

WW1 M1905 U.S. Bayonet- Dated 1906Condition: Excellent! The blade has no rusting, and a small amount of minor pitting, most of which is concentrated at the top of the blade. The bayonet is the M1905 model, and was used extensively in WW1. This bayonet is marked: US 22621 S A 1906. This bayonet was made in 1906 at the Springfield Armory, which was it\'s second year of production! It features brown bakelite grips, and a switch that secures it to it\'s scabbard. The scabbard itself is also in great shape, with only minor rust spots at the top of the scabbard, and no other damage. It features a bomb symbol at the top with \"US\" inside it. It also features a crimped top, which is unusual for a scabbard! Overall, a very nice example of the M1905 bayonet and scabbard! Will make an excellent addition to any WW1 rigging or items collection!!
