Original WW1 US Army Canteen, Canteen Cup and Canteen Cover. The canteen is of aluminum metal with a weld seam body that has a couple of dings and dents. The backside of canteen is stamped with the number \"5\" and \"US\", below which is stamped \"AGA 1918\".The canteen cap is still attached to neck of canteen and is also of metal construction. For its age and what its possibly been through the canteen is in very good shape. The canteen cup is in good condition with some minor dings and dents, it has some various initials scratched onto its bottom. its still functional. The cover shows signs of use. This includes water stains, a worn spot on left side of snap flap where it curves around, and slight tear around snap on left flap. The canteen cover has the numbers \"519\", \"U.S.\" and what looks to be the letter \"B\" printed on front side. Backside has the number \"23\" printed on it. The bottom of cover has the initials \"B.H.M.\" penciled onto it. Overall the canteen cover is in good condition for age and use. Please see pictures.
