This helmet is in very good condition. The liner straps are broke but it is still attached to the inside of the helmet. There may be a clear lacquer finish on the outside from a long time ago. Someone has painted a red number one on the front and then sealed over it with a clear finish. It is almost faded so I imagine it is original. There is a number stamped on the bottom of the rim. ZC18 and then there is a paint splatter that appears to be covering a third letter or number. As far as I know this is an original vintage helmet.
