I am listing for sale an original WW2 Italian bayonet with matching metal Scabbard. The markings on the blade are an oval with the maker\'s name in it - TERNI and the number BH 3673. My uncle was a medic in the 82nd Airborne and gave this to me along with several Nazi items. The scabbard has a small dent at the bottom and shows patina. The bIade measures 11 3/4\", the scabbard is 12 1/4\" and the over aII Iength is 17\". The wood handle is in very good condition and the release button works. I am selling my WW2 to present military collection I started back in 1951 when I was 11 years old except for my airborne items when I was in the airborne. Much of my collection is US airborne.
