Offered is an original WWI Vintage Model 1907 Rifle Sling. This sling has no markings that I can find but it has brass hooks which are proper on WWI era slings. The sling is in good shape overall and the leather is still pliable. There are a few surface cracks in the leather and I am not sure if they will effect the strength of the sling so I am selling the sling as a display piece. The only bad flaws in the sling that I can see is that the long strap has been shortened approx. 1\" and that one of the leather keeper loops is missing. Overall this old sling should look great in an old original WWI 1903 Springfield display. (due to the cracking in the leather I am selling it \"as-is\")
