Original World War II flight jacket in very nice condition with some wear as visible in pictures. Leather is still very soft and supple, with NO visible cracks, holes, tears, or repairs. Inside lining is nice with NO visible damage or repairs. All buttons are securely intact. TALON zipper works with ease up and down. Cuffs and waistband have lost most of the elasticity, and do have a few tiny holes in them. Collar has some areas where Faux fur has been worn off. The collar fur is not stained, but different lighting and the way fur is brushed makes it lighter and darker, and gives the appearance of possible dark stains in pictures somewhat, but they are not stains. From the research done on this jacket, the model AN-6552 jacket was made for only a brief 6 month period in 1943, and not many units were produced. Please message me with any questions.
